Ray, Tony and the team have been absolutely amazing to work with, their communication has been exemplary, and they have managed a difficult process with many restrictions and constraints due to the Covid pandemic, a simple and very pleasant process for Leo and I. Mike is a director of TWA Legal Ltd, a boutique corporate, insolvency and restructuring law firm in Auckland. He practices finance and securities law and corporate and commercial law. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and of Governance New Zealand.
Mike is also a company director and professional trustee, and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
He is a past Chairman of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and was Honorary Consul-General of Thailand in Auckland for 27 years.
