Graduate Quantity Surveyor
A role is available within one of Hawke’s Bay’s longest established construction companies, Alexander Construction. This is a great chance for a fresh graduate to kick start their career or take their Quantity Surveying experience to the next step.
Role description:
The main role is financial servicing of construction contracts. You will be monitoring material expenditure against budget and / or quantity against original measure and pricing and tracking variations. Monthly progress claims and final accounts will also be part of the role. Additionally, you will provide assistance to the company Estimator for tendering when required, procuring and attending to the services of subcontractors, including pre-acceptance meetings when appropriate.
Quantity Surveyor
