In doing a lot of construction around New Zealand I can honestly say that Alexander Construction have been the best contractor I have dealt with. For me the property business is based around a positive and easy relationship between developer and construction company. Mark and his team have created a great relationship with our team and we have all being heading towards the same goals.

The team at Isaacs have really enjoyed working with the Alexander team and from a management point of view it has been delivered exceptionally well by you and your team. We value the open and transparent relationship in all aspects of the project, especially the communication around issues, the detailed accounting processes, and the prompt payments. We are very proud and extremely pleased with our new building! Ray, Tony and the team have been absolutely amazing to work with, their communication has been exemplary, and they have managed a difficult process with many restrictions and constraints due to the Covid pandemic, a simple and very pleasant process for Leo and I. What an amazing team you have!
