Clark started his career in Napier as a Joiner before heading overseas. During his 25 years overseas, he worked in construction and in the oil and gas industry throughout 6 countries, and travelled to a total of 37 countries.
He then moved to Surfers Paradise and tried something totally new. He bought a café and tried his hand as a barista and a cook. Once he got over that he moved back to NZ in 2018 and started with Alexanders as a Project Coordinator.
