Ahuriri Business Park

What was once the site for the Rothmans Tobacco Factory and storage facility was bought by Big Save Furniture and redeveloped into a business park that now houses, a restaurant, cafés, a food retailer, gymnasium, early childhood facility, offices, substantial car parks and our office. We have undertaken all but two of the projects to date, totalling $30.6m in today’s values.

The first building was awarded through negotiation utilising a fast track building process which required co-operation from the local authority and an intensive site management focus. Having successfully completed this one the remainder of the projects were procured in a similar vein; where a commitment was made to the tenant to take occupancy before design documentation was completed and built with greatly accelerated timeframes.
