Wade Wilson has extensive experience in the construction industry, having served as a Site Manager and Site Supervisor since the early 1990s.
Over his career, he has honed his expertise in meeting programmed dates by coordinating staff and subcontractors, cost control, and maintaining strict adherence to health and safety protocols. He is meticulous about maintaining a tidy and organised site, ensuring efficient workflow and safety.
Known for his problem-solving ability, punctuality, and capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Skilled in communication with clients, architects, and engineers, Wade ensures project timelines are met while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment through his coaching and training abilities.
