Scott is an experienced Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyor who provides strong leadership across commercial teams, ensuring accurate, timely administration and clear, effective communication with clients and stakeholders. He places a strong focus on achieving key deliverables through structured financial reporting, disciplined contract administration, and a collaborative, hands-on management style. With experience across a broad range of construction roles, Scott adds value not only within the commercial function but also across the wider project team.
With 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, including most recently with Hawkins, Scott brings a high level of detail, motivation, and professionalism to the Alexander team. He has extensive experience delivering large projects for Government clients in Hawke’s Bay and understands the expectations required to achieve successful outcomes. Scott excels in day-to-day contract administration while maintaining a strong appreciation of the full project lifecycle. A natural problem-solver, he enjoys tackling complex issues and is committed to sharing his technical knowledge, continuously lifting standards within the Commercial team while remaining open to learning from others.
