National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, National Certificate in Carpentry BCITO.
Currently working as an Estimator, Ryan draws on extensive site and commercial quantity surveying experience across major projects to deliver robust, well-considered estimates. His hands-on background supports accurate pricing, risk identification and practical outcomes from tender through to delivery. This depth of experience allows Ryan to bring strong buildability insight, commercial confidence and realism to every estimate he prepares.
Most recently, Ryan worked on a large, multi million dollar defence project, contributing to the commercial managment of a complex, high-value build and further strengthening his capability as an Estimator.
