Kelly is a skilled and results-driven Quantity Surveyor with over 5 years experience in managing the financial and contractual aspects of a diverse range of construction projects.

Starting her career as a Cadet at Alexander, Kelly has steadily progressed through the ranks to become a highly capable Quantity Surveyor. She has extensive experience in all phases of the project lifecycle, from tendering and budgeting to overseeing project finances and managing contractual relationships. Kelly excels in delivering complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring effective team coordination.

Since 2020, Kelly has worked on several high-profile projects, including Our Lady of Lourdes School Modernisation; multiple projects with Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ); and most recently, the Feilding Library Strengthening and Modernisation, a complex project valued at $10 million. In these roles, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a meticulous approach to project finance management.
