Jody is one of our Shareholders.
Beginning as an apprentice in Invercargill then working overseas in England and the USA, he gained useful experience in commercial and restoration work. Jody joined us in 1998 as a Foreman and has enjoyed variety and challenges from classrooms to architect designed homes. With an eye for detail and the recognized ability to produce high quality work, Jody had a senior position on the Ahuriri Quadrant Development ($22.6m) and subsequently oversaw the finishing stages of the Shed 5 redevelopment on Lever Street. Jody is our go-to for school projects with his most recent being the major redevelopment of the Port Ahuriri school ($5.2m). Jody has recently project managed the Kainga Ora infill development in Hastings, 12 homes across multiple sites.
