Demolish the existing collection of pools and the Kiwi House and replace them with a lap pool, two leisure pools, three spa pools, a café, plant room building and a main entry building containing a gym, three private spa pools, offices, massage rooms and amenities.
The laying of the instant lawn as it transformed a barren concrete landscape into the oasis it has now become. We also found the design consultants, LHT and Andrew Scott Cotton a pleasure to deal with. Practical and realistic design solutions created an excellent facility for the city.
The project ran into budget constraints and we were engaged to take control of the costs to ensure that the city had no more cost overruns. This also allowed the construction on site to accelerate to meet the summer demand, following a period of slow progress.
