Theresa joined the A-Team as our Estimator in 2001.
Theresa began her career with a Professional Quantity Surveying Practice in Napier as a cadet, gaining her industry qualification before heading off on her OE. She returned to work for a well-respected building firm in Hasting as a Quantity Surveyor, leaving to raise a family but continued to undertake freelance work for various Hawkes Bay businesses before returning full time to Alexanders in 2002.
Having worked in the building industry for over 30 years Theresa has a thorough understanding of the building process and the estimating/tendering function and has created valuable relationships with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
Being an active member in the tender market has ensured that Theresa’s skill set, along with her reputation as being trustworthy and a straight player, has ensured our competitiveness across all our markets.
